GARANT Tool24 Smartline drawer cabinet - a robust modular system for any number of items
Drawer cabinets are particularly suitable for quick and easy access to equipment. They help to store and manage tools, consumables and more. The modular concept of the solution ensures maximum flexibility and trouble-free operation. The main cabinet can be combined and extended with any number of additional modules. Four possible configurations are available in a colour combination of light grey and anthracite and a choice of ten colours in total for the cabinet and drawers.
Drawers are available in two different widths, 612 and 153 mm, and can be configured in 25 mm increments to reach the desired height. In this way, they can be tailored to the customer's individual needs to suit the exact size of the instruments and measuring tools they are designed for.
Designed specifically for industrial use, the system features a robust and stable construction. The wide drawers have a load capacity of 75 kg, while the narrow drawers can hold up to 15 kg, allowing heavier items to be stored in them. The cabinet features anti-tilt protection, resulting in only one drawer being able to be opened on demand. The drawers open fully automatically.
The GARANT Tool24 Smartline series provides the flexible option of dividing the drawers between each other using different materials. They can optionally include eForm rigid foam inlays, separator plate sets as well as moulded plastic dividers.
GARANT Tool24 Smartline Vertical Cabinet - the right place for pre-fixed tools
The vertical cabinet is an addition or extension to the basic Tool24 Smartline system. It connects easily to the main unit system and is a proven solution for storing, managing and dispensing pre-fixed tools. The solution is managed using existing intelligent software.
The system has been developed specifically for industrial purposes. The safely distributed working load of the retractable frame is 600 kg and the vertical structure can take a maximum load of 2400 kg. The cabinet can be ordered in 14 different configurations - for different tool holders such as SK, VDI, C and HSK. It includes 24 support rails. It is possible to have up to four pull-out frames supported by the base, which open automatically and ensure quick access to the tools. The equipment has an emergency release locking system.
