New edition of Soltec's traditional manufacturing automation event

On September 27th, Soltec opens its doors again to present even more innovative robotic solutions to the engineering community interested in automation and innovation. This edition focuses on demonstrations and solutions that visitors can explore and discuss with our experts throughout the day. Together with partners, a number of applications for different types of robots will be presented at the event: SCARA, Tobot, cobots and mobile robots.

The demonstrations that will be brought to the attention of the guests are:

Palletizing with UR20 and ROBOTIQ PE20 Series from Soltec, with belt conveyor from mk Technology Group
Fine polishing of metal products with the UR5e collaborative robot and ROBOTIQ equipment, from Soltec;
Ready automation kits from mk Technology Group: mobile walls and stand with profiles and conveyors, together with Robotec.
Induction brazing solution with UR5E collaborative robot, from Ultraflex Corporation.
Workpiece sorting by QKM SCARA robot from Robotec with machine vision, adaptive vibrating plate and safety enclosure from mk Technology Group.
Innovative FORXAI Video Vision, AI-based video analytics and smart video surveillance solutions specifically designed for manufacturing companies, from Konica Minolta.
Q-Block software for SCARA robot programming with drag and drop function, from Robotec.
Robotic welding with technology from Austrian company Fronius by Soldar.
Two-conveyor part sorting by mk Technology Group, with QKM AH6K robot and machine vision, from Robotec.
Execution of G-code commands by UR3e Remote TCP & Toolpath URCap, from Soltec. The cobot will write with a marker.
-Bin Picking by Soltec: Finding and grabbing metal parts with UR10e and mobile robot MiR600, combined with stacking and discharging by UR5e on a mobile cart carried by MiR250. The task is performed with a 3D machine vision camera from Photoneo.

Soltec will also mark its long-standing partnership with Hoffmann Group, the German manufacturer and supplier of high-end tools and industrial equipment with the Garant and Holex brand names.

One of the highlights of the event will be the Siemens stand, in association with Olympia Express - a new brand in the Soltec portfolio. Olympia Express is a leading Swiss manufacturer and an established brand in the production of high quality espresso machines. Those willing to try and lovers of good coffee will be able to assure themselves of the qualities of the machines and the perfect drink that brings pleasure to all senses.
